DEB2025 events will be available for you to attend under 3 formats:

• School & Symposium
• School only
• Symposium only
• Guest (for teachers and keynote speakers only)

Details on how to register are also provided below.

How to register for DEB2025 events?

The registration is a two-step process:

1) Online/admin registration: allows you to provide your personal information and select a package. Go to the Registration menu on the top bar, select Registration form, and complete the form.

2) Payment: to cover your registration fees. Go to the Registration menu on the top bar, select Payment and follow instructions.

Attendees will be considered fully registered once a payment is received.

The packages

Below are listed prices and what is included in each of the packages:

School Only: participation to the 8-day practical course on DEB theory (26 May - 3 June 2025).

Early bird registration (till  March 31, 2025):  1,100.00 € 

Late registration (till  April 30, 2025):  1,150.00 € 

Includes course material, registration fees, accommodation (10 nights), breakfast, lunch during the course (9), coffee breaks (16), bus tickets to the event location (16), excursion day (1). Flights and dinners are not included.

School & Symposium: participation to the 8-day practical course and the 3-day conference on DEB theory (26 May - 6 June 2025).

Early bird registration (till  March 31, 2025):  1,250.00 € 

Late registration (till  April 30, 2025):  1,300.00 € 

Includes course material, registration fees, accommodation (13 nights), breakfast, lunch during the course (9), coffee breaks (16), bus tickets to the event location (22), excursion day (1). Flights and dinners are not included. Also, includes conference material, symposium lunch (3), coffee breaks (6), poster reception dinner (1), and gala dinner (1).

Symposium Only: participation to the 3-day conference on DEB theory (4-6 June 2025).

Early bird registration (till  March 31, 2025):  350.00 € 

Late registration (till  April 30, 2025):  400.00 € 

Includes conference material, registration fees, coffee breaks (6), symposium lunch (3), poster reception dinner (1), and gala dinner (1).

Payment of your fees

You have the possibility to pay via wire transfer or a credit card. We ask that you email us a confirmation so that we can track down your payment.

For school participants, the payment for the event (School only or School+Symposium) and for the lodging will be made separately, through the University of Crete and a travel agent platform, respectively. You will find dedicated links on the Payment page of the Registration menu at the top.
