Symposium > Guidelines for presenters
Oral presentations
Presenters will have 20 minutes total, including their presentation and Q&A from the audience. A 15-minute presentation is recommended, which will allow approximately 5 minutes for questions and discussion. Session moderators will ensure that time is respected.
At the end of each day, a general discussion of 10 minutes will allow for further conversation on the day’s topics. This will offer an opportunity to revisit key points, ask additional questions, or continue conversations that emerged during the sessions.
While there are no strict formatting requirements, we advise using file types that are compatible across systems—PDF is recommended. Presentations will be run from a Windows PC in the conference room.
Poster presentations
Poster stands will accommodate posters up to A0 size (portrait widthxheight) (84 x 119 cm / 33.1 x 46.8 in). If you are considering a custom size, please ensure it does not exceed A0 dimensions to guarantee proper display.
Posters may be hung starting Wednesday, 4th at 9:00, and will remain on display throughout the symposium. The dedicated poster session is currently scheduled for Wednesday at 4:00 PM (final timing to be confirmed; please refer to the final program).
